Sometimes, at the end of the wedding ceremony or cocktail hour, one of the guests will come to me and doubtfully ask: "Do you come from Dominican Republic???"

I always answer that my body is French but my heart beats to the Caribbean and Latin sound!

   In fact, whilst I was studying classical music at music school in Paris to get my diploma, I was, at the same time, practicing my saxophone, flute & clarinet above American Jazz & Funk, world Pop, Cuban Salsa, Indian sequence, Brazilian Samba, African rhythms, and the Dominican Bachata & Merengue...

   That's one of the reasons why I'm living here now.
